This data protection notice supplements the existing data protection notice of BikeTaxi 4 Media GmbH mentioned above.

Purpose of the data processing

In accordance with the test strategy of the federal government and the Berlin Senate, we offer Berliners the opportunity to take a corona test once a week in our offices. Use of this opportunity is voluntary. For this purpose, we have set up a mobile test center, which requires registration for use.

Responsible organization

BikeTaxi 4 Media GmbH is responsible for data processing.
What data is processed?
When registering and using the test center, the following data is processed:

  • Surname, first name
  • gender
  • your address
  • Date of birth
  • e-mail address
  • Telephone number

Scope and legal basis of processing / recipients / disclosure of data
Under the Infection Protection Act, we are obliged to inform the responsible health authority immediately in the event of a positive test result.

For this case only, you therefore agree when registering with us that the personal data you provided when registering and the test result may be transmitted by us to the public health department.

We will also transmit your data to the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians for the purpose of invoicing the costs.
